Sage Haven | Walk to Warm Springs + Hot Tub and Aprés Deck

Sage Haven is the kind of Sun Valley home that makes traveling with a group easy. Set in a peaceful Warm Springs neighborhood, this spacious four-bedroom retreat has plenty of room to gather when you want to be together and enough separate spaces for everyone to spread out.

At the heart of the home is a large open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a beautiful river-rock gas fireplace. The dining table comfortably seats eight, with room for up to ten, while the well-equipped kitchen and open layout make meals at home easy. Just outside, the large deck creates another gathering space with plenty of room to relax, dine, and barbecue.

The home sleeps up to 10 across four bedrooms. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, dedicated workspace, and large ensuite bathroom. There's also a queen bedroom, a bunk room, and a separate game room/young adult space with three twin beds and a foosball table—an especially great setup when multiple families are traveling together. The home has three full bathrooms in total.

Downstairs, step outside to the private patio and hot tub for an easy place to unwind after skiing, hiking, or exploring Ketchum. Between the large deck, hot tub, game room, and generous indoor gathering spaces, Sage Haven gives bigger groups plenty of options without everyone feeling like they're on top of each other.

The location is another major advantage. You're right in Warm Springs, with the bike path nearby and Warm Springs skiing and trails within walking distance. Downtown Ketchum is only minutes away, making Sage Haven a comfortable year-round home base whether your days revolve around Bald Mountain in the winter or biking, hiking, and long evenings outside in the summer.

The private loft with three twin beds is a unique sleeping space rather than a traditional enclosed bedroom, making it especially well suited for kids or young adults.

The home does not have air conditioning.

There is garage parking for one vehicle. The garage also includes ski racks, along with bikes and snowshoes available for guest use.

The primary bathroom includes a steam shower; however, the steam function is not currently available for guest use.
