Welcome to Elkhorn Aspen Retreat, a comfortable three-bedroom townhome tucked into one of Sun Valley's quietest residential neighborhoods.

This isn't a flashy luxury property—and that's part of what makes it a great option for the right trip. It's a relaxed, lived-in mountain home with plenty of room for a family, a cozy fireplace, an updated kitchen, beautiful outdoor surroundings, and access to some of Elkhorn's best amenities.

Step inside through the mudroom, where there's plenty of room to drop your shoes and gear before settling in. Down the hall, the home opens into a comfortable living area centered around a large brick fireplace. Sink into the couches, turn on the Smart TV, or warm up by the fire after a day of skiing or exploring Sun Valley.

Adjacent to the living room is a spacious dining area with room for everyone to gather around the table. The updated kitchen is stocked with the essentials for preparing meals at home, whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading to the mountain or settling in for family dinner.

One of our favorite parts of the home is just beyond the double French doors. A bright sunroom provides an additional living space with seating, children's toys, and the opposite side of the two-sided fireplace. It's a fun bonus space for families, especially when everyone wants a little room to spread out.

From here, step onto the private deck and enjoy the quiet Elkhorn surroundings. The deck offers outdoor seating and opens toward a shared grassy area framed by mature trees and aspens—a beautiful place to slow down during Sun Valley's warmer months.

During the summer months, guests can enjoy access to seasonal swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis and additional recreation amenities at Elkhorn Village and Harker Center. Harker Center is within walking distance of the townhome, making it especially convenient for summer stays.

During the winter, guest amenity access is more limited, with access to the Elkhorn hot tub but not the seasonal pools and other summer amenities.

This is a NO PET, NON ANIMAL HOME, ZERO TOLERANCE. No pets or visitors' pets are allowed onsite. This property is designated as not pet-friendly. Please see rental agreement or contact management for a complete list of rules and pet policies. The owners have allergies.

A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your booking. Additionally, a non-refundable cancellation fee applies to all cancellations

MVP Vacation Homes reserves the right to relocate guests to a property of equal or greater value if the reserved home becomes unavailable, undergoes changes, or any other issues arise. This measure is in place to ensure that your stay is not compromised.

We charge a cleaning and linen fee to all guests, as well as a damage protection waiver. Airbnb combines these fees into one "cleaning fee" on their platform.

The cleaning and linen fee covers the cost of cleaning the property after each guest stay, as well as providing fresh linens and towels. The damage protection waiver covers any damage to the property that is not caused by normal wear and tear.

We understand that this may be confusing, but we want to be transparent about our fees. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We provide luxury plush bath towels, bed linens, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, trash bags, shampoo conditioner and body wash, basic cooking spices and oils.
