House was as depicted and has all the basic necessities. Our family made use of the private park's pickleball and swimming facilities (there is some "old" pickleball equipment kept down at the park). We also made use of a few of the board games and cards provided in the home. Wonderful area to visit for hiking, biking, and rafting (up in Stanley). One of our best vacations.
